An investigation into a sitting county judge … by Laura Petrie

Since 2014 Magistrate Judge Diane Walker of Idaho’s Ada County has been on the bench as a family court magistrate judge.  This woman, among others, stands as irrefutable evidence that our government needs to keep a closer eye on our judges.

This Boston-born Oregon-educated judge is alleged to have repeatedly displayed erratic and deeply disturbing behavior in innumerable court sessions.  There are those in her circle who say that her erratic behavior, alarming prejudices, and ‘highly questionable judgments’ betray her as incompetent and vindictive.  Some go so far as to label her emotionally unhinged.

 Being a domestic court judge grants one a lot of leeway, wiggle room if you will, in making decisions, passing judgment, and in general demeanor and decorum as he or she presides over the lives of those who stand before them, victims of the bench.

Numerous witnesses and co-workers report that she doesn’t walk, but rather swaggers in and out of the courtroom as she flaunts her narcissistic airs.  Many recount that she oozes hubris from every pore.  One clerk says, “This woman is the very image of narcissism.  Her exaggerated sense of self-worth puts her completely out of touch with all of us.”  Another co-worker says, “Don’t even challenge this woman in or out of the courtroom.  It’ll bring Hell itself down on you.”

Does her power and privilege somehow fuel the engines of her judgmental anger?  A broad-based audit of her court cases may reveal just how deeply seated her alleged mental disfunction is.

 “’Tis noble to be a judge.”

 “’Tis noble to be a judge.” Apparently, this statement of fact has not eluded Judge Diane Walker.  Is it that she understands, fully enjoys, and even basks in the powers bestowed upon her?  Does she lord her authority over her subjects like a queen holding court?  Is it true that she spits out lengthy tirades while perched upon the bench of injustice?  Are her alleged tantrums and outbursts designed to inflict as much financial, mental, and emotional damage as possible?

 Have innumerable men, women, and children been emotionally flogged, slashed and beaten with the sharp tongue and heavy gavel of a judge run amok?  If so, how many have suffered at the behest of a cruel and vindictive woman granted almost godlike powers?  How many times has the drop of a gavel destroyed lives?

 Sorting through numerous judge-victim horror stories I have chosen one for the sake of time and expedience.  This case resembles so many others and could be called ‘atypical’.  The victim is “David”. [his true name is omitted for his safety].

He says, “I was in a divorce from Hell where she [Judge Walker] presided.  She completely dismissed the evidence I had to offer, refusing everything across the board.  She wouldn’t even give it a glance!

 I couldn’t understand this because my evidence had videotapes, photos, and even the sworn testimonies of two witnesses.  I thought I had enough to beat her [my wife] on moral and criminal charges alone.  At least I thought so.  My private investigator, no stranger to criminal justice, thought so too.  Man were we in for a surprise!

 I paid this private investigator to put together fool-proof evidence that my wife cheated on me on numerous occasions and was selling illegal drugs.  But it wasn’t happenin’ because she [Judge Walker] hated me from the git-go.  From the minute she saw me she hated me.  I could see it in her eyes.  And I still don’t know why.

 In her summary from the bench, she went into what a lot of folks call, one of her thermonuclear events.  She spent more than 15 minutes berating me, insulting me, and laughing between angry outbursts.  One minute she’d be mad as hell and the next she’d be laughing or quietly giggling under her breath.  It was like outta a bad movie, what with her shifting gears from crazy-angry to even crazier-happy as she laughed and almost cried all the while.  Today I’m still afraid of her.  I no longer live in Idaho, having left the state for my own personal safety.

 She hated me from the minute she saw me and that’s just not fair.  I mean, police aren’t allowed to profile people but this judge does it all the time.  As soon as she saw me she shifted into ‘pit bull mode’ and I didn’t stand a chance.”

 David offered this testimony under the cloak of secrecy.  Even though he no longer lives in Ada County, or Idaho for that matter, he fears for his safety if ever Diane Walker was to set her cap to enact revenge.  She’s alleged to have a reputation of vengeful vindictiveness which is why David and others fear her.  Fear of a judge is not misplaced since judges have far more opportunity to abuse their power than most other public figures.  To put it simply, “They’ll get you ‘7 days from Sunday’ if you cross them.”

 Is this who you want on the bench deciding the futures of families and individuals with such an “I am God” attitude?  Do you really want a judge who can disallow evidence, however concrete, because she has taken a personal disliking of a complainant or defendant?

 The purpose of this article is not just to ‘vote her out’ by coloring in the box that says “NO”, we don’t want her back for 4 more years.  No, this article is intended to strike a spark in government sufficient as to at least trigger an audit of her performance and behaviour especially over the last 4 years of her reign.  An in-depth review of her court transcripts might prove to be illuminating.

 ● HAS SHE GOTTA GO? ●

 This is not the America I grew up in.  Systemic poisoning of the well of justice has left us a bevy of corrupt and badly flawed judges.

When a magistrate or judge allows the power vested to grow to the exercise of illicit power, there’s a problem.  There’s a real problem.  Remember the words of Famed Historian Lord Acton, “Absolute power corrupts absolutely”

 Has this woman’s eleven-year tenure corrupted her?  Has her license to pretty much do as she pleases corrupted her morals and judgment?  Are the many decisions of Judge Diane Walker so painted with the heavy coat of hubris as to beg review and appeal of every single case?

 WHEN IN DOUBT, VOTE HER OUT.

 THERE IS SUFFICIENT DOUBT AS TO DO SO.

VOTE HER OUT OF OFFICE IN THIS ELECTION.

 Hermit Kingdom has not sent armed troops to Ukraine

 Rumors persist accusing North Korea of sending ‘troops’ to the Ukraine war, in support of The Russian Federation.  On the surface this paints an ominous picture, one of two purportedly fascist powers joining hands in the conflict.

 However … there’s a lot of crap being tossed around in and out of the media:

 North Korea has dispatched 36 military advisors from the 2^nd Military Tactics Battalion and 6 from Central Logistics Command in Pyongyang.  These are NOT combat troops.  In fact, of the 36 troops sent, 30 are literally pencil-pushers sent to teach and to learn from the current melee.

The other 6 North Korean troops are members of the People’s Military Specialist Logistics Unit, fulfilling non-combat roles as they teach and learn from the conflict.  It is, simply put, an exchange of skills and personnel.

Takeaways:  There are NO North Korean troops on the front lines.  There are NO North Korean troops involved in any fighting of any kind.  There are NO shipments of armaments to or from North Korea.

So why is the press reporting on this ‘ominous event’ in such a fashion as to mislead us all?  An intrinsic bias against North Korea and their leader Kim Jong Un has long driven often insane and generally false rhetoric accusing North Korea’s leader of some really stupid and far out things, things never verified, but fantastic enough to titillate.

I have very good and reliable contacts in North Korea, some whom I call friends, and can assure you that most of these supposed ‘facts’ regarding North Korea’s insertion into the war are nothing better than misleading bull!

Every time I read about anything regarding North Korea my Bullsh!t alarm sounds off and the “Bullsh!t-a-meter” goes right off the scale.  It’s time we put a lot of this insanity behind us and dismiss it as ‘inflamatory’ steaming crap!

In this retro piece from 2020 we see how “His Majesty” Governor Brad Little renewed the state of emergency he had illegally imposed in the first place.  It is said that power corrupts, and that absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely.  This is true in the case of most leaders.

Under his leadership there was no problem taking my dog to the local dog wash and groomer.  However, I could not get a haircut or see a dentist at the same time.  The obvious ‘preferential treatment’ allowed certain businesses to be labeled as ‘essential’ and others as ‘non-essential’.

As a doctor, I kept a letter of safe passage when I traveled to the Veterans’ Hospital.

 Biden/Harris have spent so much overseas and domestically for what is war against the people [yes, they sent billions to Iran, Mexico, Venezuela, Hamas, Taliban, and get this … Communist China.  Now comes the question all this leads to] …

With massive damage and dislocation of millions of Americans after hurricanes have flooded and decimated their homes we find that FEMA doesn’t have the money or resources to help us because they blew it all supporting criminal invaders living in our midst.  Taxpayers should be furious that their money is being wasted or going to support the enemies of freedom, truth, and justice in our own land.

Where does this insanity end?  Can or will Donald Trump fix this?  A big fat ‘probably’.  Can or will Kamala Harris fix this?  A big fat ‘No chance in Hell!’

Democrats want to pack the Supreme Court with 6 more justices.

We currently have 9 United States Supreme Court justices, and they’re a fairly conservative court … for now.  With 6 notably conservative and 3 notably progressive justices we’ve enjoyed more and more conservative interpretation of the Constitution of the United States.

As various administrations and legislatures flip flop from conservative to liberal, so do our laws and so does the Supreme Court.  Over 51 years ago [1973] a liberal Supreme Court ruled 7 to 2 in favor of allowing the Roe v. Wade decision.  This monumental decision all but guaranteed women access to abortion at nearly any point during pregnancy and even at the moment of birth with so-called  “Partial Birth Abortion”.

In June of 2022 the Roe v. Wade ruling was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision.  In their landmark judgment the court ruled that laws concerning abortion must be made and enforced at the state level.  How about that … the Supreme Court allowed the people the freedom to make up their own minds.

This has spurred outrageous debate, whining, crying, wailing and gnashing of teeth among the baby killers in our midst.  Democrats at all levels are battling to grant any woman a ‘right’ to have an abortion whenever it suits her.  Never mind the life that is snuffed out either pre-born or even post-born, they want the ‘right’ to kill it.

THEY WANT THE ‘RIGHT’ TO KILL IT!

In an attempt to salve the onslaught of angry baby-killer wannabes, Democrat Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon has introduced a bill that would expand the U.S. Supreme Court from its current 9 seats to 15.  Yep, from 9 to 15 is what he and a lot of similarly liberal life-hating Democrats want.  That’s 6 extra justices … nearly doubling their size.

Even though Supreme Courts change from time to time, Democrats have become more and more impatient.  They feel that by appointing another 6 justices they can keep their knee on the neck of the Constitution and all who revere it.

Wyden’s bill goes even further in demanding that Supreme Court Justices be audited annually by the IRS and that a new ‘code of ethics’ be implemented in order to modify, allow, or disallow their decisions.  In other words, they want the legislature to become the supreme court. 

The Supreme Court is one of the 3 branches of government and their presence is there to prevent overt abuse of power by the Legislative and Executive branches.  With this bill we will have effectively eliminated the balance of power the Supreme Court provides.

No matter how many years they want in order to phase in this ‘packed’ court and along with IRS oppression [remember that the IRS is always weaponized under Democrat administrations] the specter of ‘discipline & punishment’ will hang over the heads of every justice and effect how they rule on constitutional challenges.  Remember that interpreting the Constitution of the United States is their job.  It is their job to police the Constitutional rights of every American.

It’s their job to prevent dictatorship by either the legislative or executive branches or, under super majority government [that’s where the Senate, Congress, and President are all of the same political party] this is when the Supreme Court stands as a bulwark of freedom preventing the ruling party from abrogating the God-given rights of the American People.

With the power to audit, pressure, and punish justices of the court, Democrats will find a much easier pathway to getting whatever they want.  You need to understand how important this is to Democrats and their progressive agenda.

Scariest of all is that they want this bill to become law under the Biden presidency.  If they can pass this bill before January there’ll be a juggernaut set into motion that nothing short of a Republican Super Majority can reset.

It’s a very bad bill.
