The partisanship and anger of the people regarding Biden are obvious

As Biden’s ginormous spending plans began to fade into the sunset, Joe Biden was booed and derided at a Congressional Baseball Game.  Now, I can understand why people would want to boo and jeer such an inept and criminal figure as Joe Biden, but that’s not what’s so damned upsetting.

The real issue here is the partisan divide created by socialists like Bush, Obama, Biden, Pelosi, and Schumer.  In this case, as Biden was escorted to his seat by his huge security detail, he was roundly booed.  Those boos came almost exclusively from ‘the Republican side’ of the stadium.

Did you hear that?  ‘The Republican Side’ of the stadium.  How in Hell is it that something as American as a ball game can become a camp for rival factions of government.  Can’t you people get your stuff together long enough to even enjoy a ball game?

As Republican roundly disrespected Biden, Democrats roundly cheered and applauded his appearance.  Joe Biden is arguably the worst president in American history and the most dangerous traitor since Benedict Arnold.  This is why he should be booed and jeered.  This is why only people as intrinsically evil as Joe Biden could possibly cheer or applaud his presence.

This man saw a search party and joined in to help.  He didn’t know he was the missing man.

Ya gotta love this one!  Dateline Bursa Province, Turkey – A man reported missing in the forest ended up joining the search for himself.  Beyhan Mutlu, 50, was reported missing after wandering away drunk into the forest.

He had barely joined the search party when he heard folks calling out his name.  “I am here,” he shouted out.  Searchers turned around and saw that it was Beyhan, the missing man, helping them to … look for himself?

‘DOG’ LOOKING FOR BRIAN LAUNDRIE

That’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard of.

In a desperate attempt to get back on camera and even into the news, a 68 year-old retired bounty hunter says he’s looking for Brian Laundrie.  Brian is wanted by authorities on relatively flimsy evidence of bank fraud and as a person of interest in the death of Gabby Petito.

Duane ‘Dog’ Chapman once hosted a reality television show for 8 seasons.  It looks as though ‘Dog’ got a little long in the tooth and the series was cancelled quite a few years ago!  A look at this man now has one asking what he’d do if he ever did catch up with Brian Laundrie.  Sure, Dog’s big, but he’s also old, slow, and his years are catching up to him like a hound on a rabbit.

His TV series showed that, without the cadre of youngsters surrounding him, he was really ‘all about nothing’.  So now Dog, nearing 70, says he’s out to capture 23 year-old Brian Laundrie.  With that, Brian Laundrie is in far better shape and may well be guilty of murder.  If he did kill Gabby Petito then he’s of a calibre of criminal to which Dog is unaccustomed.  If the two ever got into a scrap I’d put my money on Laundrie.  … Unless, of course, it was Dog’s posse of the young that did the actual capturing.

It’s sad to see this man, once probably quite capable, grasping at the straws of youth in a futile attempt to roll back the clock.

Milley recommended a token force in Kabul, Biden refused.

More treachery is exposed in Mark Milley’s testimony today before Congress.  As America was bailing out of the Afghanistan situation, Milley recommended to Biden that a standing force be left behind to keep the Taliban from overrunning the country.

Not one to take advice of any kind, Biden refused.  This incompetent piece of human excrement felt that he knew better.  Biden, a man whose only connection with the military is that he dodged the draft 5 times, seems to know more about a military situation than a general officer of over 40 years experience!

So, why isn’t he in jail yet?  Hell, he jailed a Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel just for criticizing the Surrender to Afghanistan.  This was a line officer criticizing a disastrous and treasonous action costing tens of thousands their lives.  For this the Lt. Colonel was jailed.

In short, civil asset forfeiture is the government's 'licence to steal'.  It allows police agencies at all levels to seize your assets based on mere suspicion of a crime.

 

The loophole in the law is that the police don't have to charge you with a crime, but instead charge and arrest your assets.  Lives are ruined as this law is continually abused by law enforcement.

 

Contact your legislature and complain.  Demand that this law be revisited and amended so as to make seizure of assets far more difficult.  One such clause would be to tie any seizure to an arrest of person.  This sets the bar higher and eliminates a great deal of the abuse going on now.

CIVIL ASSET FORFIETURE IS THEFT

‘Guilty until proven innocent’ under flawed civil asset forfeiture laws

Badly flawed laws currently allow police, on suspicion alone, to seize anyone’s assets without even saying why.  This means that they don’t have to arrest you.  Instead they arrest your property, cash, or whatever they fancy they want!  Every year billions upon billions of dollars are seized under false pretense through horribly flawed laws.

An example is one of many: The Pearsons work at a non-profit theatre in Los Angeles.  The couple has been saving for retirement for years, buying silver here and there when they could afford it. To keep their property safe, they rented a safe deposit box at U.S. Private Vaults.

Earlier this year they were shocked to hear about a police raid at the company where they stored their retirement money in a safe deposit box.  The feds alleged that U.S. Private Vaults conspired with customers to sell drugs, launder money, and stash ill-gotten goods.  Mind you, they had no evidence to support these allegations.

Armed with a ‘rip & read’ warrant, FBI and DEA thugs spent five days ripping hundreds of safety deposit boxes out of the walls and laying claim to their contents.  The feds argued they were within their rights based on their unfounded allegations.  They took jewellery, precious metals, and stacks of money to an undisclosed warehouse. Their final haul was worth around $86 million.

Vague civil property forfeiture laws allow the government to seize property and assets without evidence of a crime.  In this case they took the life savings, heritage jewellery, and private assets of hundreds of people.  It’s a great haul for the feds, and a criminal loss for the innocent victims of government overreach.

For many the government's seizure of their silver, gold, and cash is unacceptable, and they have decided to fight back.  Along with six others, they have teamed up with the Institute for Justice for a class-action lawsuit challenging the government's raid as an illegal search.  "The government's theory is that having cash makes you a presumptive criminal, and I think every American should be worried about that," IJ senior attorney Rob Johnson said.

Some did get their silver and cash back, but it cost them time and legal fees to navigate the convoluted process of recovering their money.  The majority of claimants aren’t so lucky, and lose what is sometimes a life’s savings to the illegal asset grab of the federal government.  It’s wrong and needs to be addressed!

Now that Joe has surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban, it's back to Sharia Law!  Thanks a lot Joe Biden, you cowardly, conniving, senile sack of sh!t!

Yep, from the folks who brought you the Koran comes flogging ending in death, stoning to death, tossing folks from rooftops, beheadings, and amputations.  What a civilised people they are.  You’d think that after the many hundreds upon hundreds of years these sand rats have existed, they might have acquired at least a modicum of civility.

Unfortunately such is not the case.  Dragging a man behind a car until he dies is considered ‘justice’ in the Islamic world of the Taliban.  Chopping off a person’s hand for theft is another of their ‘just punishments’.  Oh yeah, let’s not forget tying a gay man’s hands behind his back and kicking him off a 6 story roof.  Of course if he survives the fall he’ll never survive the kicking, beating, and stoning that follow.

We owe the reintroduction of all this horror to one man.  Yes, the buck stops with Joe Biden!  One can argue the complicity of armchair general Mark Milley or even Antony Blinken, Biden’s Secretary of Shame.  But in the end it all falls on the narrow shoulders of America’s ‘Surrender-in-Chief’, Joe Biden.

Gabby Petito's death captivated a nation of idiots and losers.

Any time someone dies, it is a tragedy, as in the case of Gabby Petito.  The problem is that this wasn’t some drive-by shooting or the assassination of a public figure.  No, this was the death of a young woman of loose morals, bad decision making powers, and incredible naiveté mixed with a self-destructive impulse.  In short, it’s all about an immature girl who engaged in dangerous behaviour and shacked up with a poster boy for anger management.

Gee, I guess nobody saw this coming!  Duh!  Gabby was warned by family, friends, and even park rangers that she was wading in dangerous waters.  Unfortunately, on top of her other dramatically stark short comings she wasn’t very bright either.

Philadelphia security cameras caught a broad-daylight drive-by shooting that left one person dead and five others injured.  Of course no arrests have been made in the case.  When we catch these animals we need to cane them … beat them to within an inch of their lives … and lock them up for a long and difficult journey somewhere in an Eastern European ‘private provider’ in cities such as Zagreb and Bratislava.  “Welcome to Zagreb comrade.”  He he.  Just a thought.

Last week, Greece announced it will step up where America has stepped down.  They’ll be sending US-made Patriot anti-missile batteries and soldiers to man them to Saudi Arabia.  This is to replace the missiles and personnel Joe Biden pulled out in April.

CHINA BANS CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

The People’s Republic of China has declared war on cryptocurrency

China has war on cryptocurrency transactions, declaring them illegal.  There is now a nationwide ban on cryptocurrency mining, intensifying an ongoing crackdown.

Quotes from the Chinese central bank say, “Virtual currency-related business activities are illegal financial activities… it seriously endangers the safety of the people’s assets.”

This has put the bite on Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and virtually all cryptocurrencies.  The government of China is pressing for a cash based physically traded medium, the yuan.
