THE HYPE AND CON OF HEMP OIL PAIN KILLERS

Much is made of hemp, marijuana, and CBD Oil, all to no avail.

It seems every time you turn on the television there’s a new hemp-based ‘miracle cure’ for pain and stiff muscles, etc.  Well, all looks good until you lift the seedy veneer of such advertisers.  Here’s just one example …

One of many such pain relieving creams advertises itself as good for arthritis, joint pain, and muscle pain.  The ad applauds the cream’s high hemp oil content and attributes this, through inference, to its pain relieving ability.  What they don’t openly say is that the active ingredient in this cream is trolamine salicylate at 10% strength.  Trolamine salicylate is a member of the ‘aspirin family’ of pain killers.

As one can quickly deduce, the pain relieving properties in this hemp-based cream is the ‘aspirin-like’ and not the hemp oil.  Beware of the myriad of hemp-based pain relievers, because science shows it’s a lot of hype, not substance.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
