WORLD’S LONGEST ENCLOSED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

This huge work of architectural magic is attracting attention worldwide

Dateline Ontario, Canada – An 820-foot long bridge hangs over an Ontario highway has been awarded a Guinness World Record as the world's longest enclosed pedestrian bridge.  The Pickering pedestrian bridge was built over Highway 401 and has now been verified by Guinness as the world's longest enclosed pedestrian bridge after it was officially measured at 820 feet long.

Good things are worth waiting for as it took over a year to have this bridge awarded the record.  I love seeing such engineering feats.  It’s pretty cool.  I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
