I don’t think it has anything to do with his dementia or braggadocio, but is more a part of him serving his masters by designing the destruction of America.  We already knew he hates the military and our society at large.  What is clearer is the fact that he is working with foreign powers to engineer the fall of America.

P.S.  It couldn't be any clearer that this man is doing his level best to destroy all things Americans and help to usher in a new socialist era of dominion over the American People.  He cannot justify a single edict he has pronounced.  The man is a traitor and must be locked up for whatever is left of his miserable life.
