We know many dishonest and deceitful people in politics and in business.  In either case, recognition of such people such as the state’s governor, members of congress and senate, and used car salesmen is important.  These people are generally dishonest and practice chicanery at every given opportunity.

From lying to Idahoans about sales tax on food and medicine to accusing President Trump of working with Russia as a traitor, chicanery is widespread.
