A MURDER BY ANY OTHER NAME …

Taking of a human life, except in defence, is wrong!
There can be no excuse for 1st Degree murder, that being orchestrated and intentional taking of defenseless life. When someone breaks into a home and threatens to kill or kills those within, this is murder.
Let me tell you a story:
Henry was fast asleep when they broke into his home. Four men dragged him from bed and wrestled him to the ground. He fought like a lion and drove out the would-be assassins. He had no idea, still fighting through the sudden awakening, that this would trigger an angery response among his assailants.
Soon there were eight men who beat him senseless, dragged him back out of bed and bound his wrists and ankles. He was hog-tied. His pleas for help were met with kicks, curses, and even one of his assailants urinating on him. It didn’t look good for Henry who was now completely defenseless. Bound and gagged, his attackers dragged him over rough ground over a distance of 120 feet. They stood him up and threw him through an open door.
He opened his eyes to find himself in a brightly lit room, one he had never seen before. His attackers manhandled him onto a table where they strapped down. His struggles and cries only brought more physical abuse and curses from his assailants as they removed his chains and strapped his struggling form onto a table.
Henry was in “The Death Chamber” of the State Prison. It was here would meet his fate, murdered by lethal injection. As a medical technician struggled to find a suitable vein on Henry, he stabbed his arms again and again before finally finding a suitable vein through which to pump poison into Henry’s body. He stabbed the large needle into the vein and taped its tubing to Henry’s forearm.
The rest was by design:
As the poison coursed through his veins he cried out, “It hurts! Good God it hurts!” His wails and screams of excruciating pain echoed on the walls of the “Death Chamber” and onto the ears of those witnessing his death. They were comfortably seated in a separate room where they could witness the spectacle of sanctioned murder.
Those witness watched as Henry writhed in such uncontrollable contortions as to dislocate a shoulder. The straps cut into his legs and arms and blood flowed from the wounds. His pain was go great, and physical response so extreme, as to tear flesh and dislocate joints.
With blood, uncontrollable writhing, sweat and tortuous pain Henry finally sounded a death rattle and left this world behind him.
What you have just
heard is a play-by-lay of an execution in
Whenever anyone is so defenseless as to post no hazard to anyone there is no justification for taking his life. Imprisoned and often chained to the floor, he is the very model of defenseless. When anyone chains up an already defenseless man, abuses him physically and mentally, straps him to a table and pumps him full of poison, that is murder.
Any time, even if by government decree, taking the life of a defenseless human being is wrong. It is nothing more or less than 1st Degree Murder. It is the jury, judge, prosecuting attorneys, prison warden, prison guard, medical technician, and all those who are complicit in this horrific action that should be imprisoned. It is these folks who are guilty of murder and will have to answer to their God when the day comes. And it is coming!
I am not standing up for a capital criminal, but I am standing up to anyone’s right to repeat his crime under the cover and color of governmental authority. Yes, we have laws that allow us to murder as long as it is by state or federal assent. We also have laws that mandate the incarceration of such evildoers. You tell me what’s wrong here! The conflict of morals and laws is glaring and unacceptable.
There are effective deterrents and punishments for those who take innocent life, none of them involving murder-for-murder. There is no authority based on the Jewish interpretation of sacred scripture. “An eye for an eye.” is NOT a Christian principle. I say “Jewish-based” because Jesus Christ did away with this barbaric practice when he came to this earth.
Whatta ya do with these offenders? Life in prison without a library, television, exercise yard, or any other privileges is sufficient, especially if those people are driven to hard labor in areas where “free men” refuse to toil.
Summary: Murder is wrong, no matter who or what takes a defenseless life.
I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
