SENIOR LIFE POLICIES AREN'T ALL THEY'RE CRACKED UP TO BE. STUDY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING.

HOW ABOUT THIS SENIOR LIFE INSURANCE SCAM?

https://rumble.com/v68svhv-there-are-predators-out-there-offering-senior-life-insurance.html

It’s amazing how a scam can be legal and convince people.

I watch a TV ad and there’s a responsible looking and personable young spokesliar.  He says, “You need to cover final expenses for when you die and now you can do it for as little as $2 a day.”  Sometimes you see badly acted and poorly scripted couples, usually black, talking about their upcoming “final expenses.”  This is how they get the hook.

He tells you that you are guaranteed eligibility if you are between the ages of 60 and 85.  He tells you there’s no medical history or physical information required.  He tells you that they’ll pay right away upon your death.  Well, if it sounds too good it must be too good to be true.  In fact, it isn’t true!

What he infers and even openly says is that your family will be left with your debts after you die.  That’s a lie!  Unless they have actually co-signed for your debts, they die when you do.

What he doesn’t tell you is that the policy won’t pay off unless you live at least 2 more years.  If you die during that time they’ll refund your premiums with no interest.  They’ve been gathering interest on your money in the meantime.

I called the company and gave them my age of 69 and asked about getting coverage.  For only $2,000 coverage my premium is over $36 a month.  That’s nearly $900 paid out in the 2-year waiting period.  Hell, you’d do better in a CD or Treasury!  It seems that if you want enough coverage for the average funeral [they tout $10,000 as the cost] you’ll be paying hundreds a month in premiums.

So whatta ya do?  Try insuring yourself with a reputable insurance company that can insure you even if you are ill and old.  Many will insure you for a fraction of that.  There are companies out there that have been in business for a hundred years and are totally trustworthy.  There are companies out there that can get you that $10.000 of coverage for about a hundred dollars a month and without that 2-year waiting period.  In any case, just don’t grab the first offer you see on television.  Shop around.

As we get older we often become more vulnerable in person and property.  We begin to face our own mortality and this can be an unsettling time for us.  This is when we are particularly vulnerable, and this is when that friendly guy in a suit pounces.  Rate-lock is their term that simply means what it says, “You won’t receive an increase in premium’.  This is a common practice for virtually all life insurance companies.

You are looking for ‘term life’ or ‘return of premium term life’ because these are far better alternatives for all of us in our golden years.

Caviat Emptor, which means “Let the buyer beware.”

WHEN DID "MORALITY" BECOMES A DIRTY WORD

MORALITY ON THE ALTAR OF MODERNISM

https://rumble.com/v68hvh7-morality-on-the-altar-of-liberal-thought.html

People have changed their ideas of right and wrong.

When a people live too long without adversity, they get soft.  This applies to individuals as well as society.  When a people get soft, their morality gets soft.  Worse yet, their morality becomes subject to change and quickly goes out the window.  It happens more quickly among the wealthy or the coddled and protected.  But it eventually comes upon anybody who has it too good for too long.

The United States has had life far too good for at least a hundred years.  During the past 75 or so of these years we’ve allowed our morality to take hit after hit after hit.  And we are losing the battle of righteousness and morality.

It began in earnest with “Rosie the Riveter” during the 2nd World War.  For the first time women left home to pursue jobs in support of the war effort.  Men went to war and women built ships, tanks, etc.  The ‘social drafting of women’ was never necessary, but Washington propaganda put women out of their homes knowing full well they wouldn’t want to go back when the time came.

And so the mindset of women regarding motherhood took a huge hit.  Like a torpedoed submarine they slid down into the murky deep from whence they have yet to return.  The allure of money, power and perceived purpose outweighed the natural mothering instincts of millions of women.

At the end of the war, most women came back home, but a good many kept their jobs and put their kids in day care and public schools.  Today’s public schools are our daycare centers.  The recent Covid Hysteria proved that.  Today daycare centers are cleaning up as they’ve got all the business they can handle.  In fact, all the good ones have a waiting list.

As parents abrogate their parental responsibility, morality takes yet another hit.  When a child sees more of his schoolteachers than parents, again morality takes a hit.  Morality concerning family, God, and the respect of manhood and womanhood has taken hit after hit until ‘Morality’ is a dirty word to most.  It is seen as ‘puritanical’ and even ‘fanatical’.  And that’s because today’s society sucks!

I was chatting with an acquaintance who proudly announced that he and his ‘partner’ had just had a baby.  I congratulated him but politely questioned the term, ‘partner’.  He admitted that they weren’t married, but were just shacking up.  He showed neither shame nor discomfort as he spoke of his ‘partner’ and how they had ‘been together’ for nearly four years.  I held my tongue.

https://rumble.com/v68hvh7-morality-on-the-altar-of-liberal-thought.html

Here is a young man gainfully employed and shacking up and now his shack job had born him a child.  Well, you can always undo a shack-up by getting married.  Once you’re married, it’s a  matrimonial bond.  You’re husband and wife.  You are no longer just ‘partners’.

You can’t undo an illegitimate aka ‘bastard’ child.  Once a bastard always a bastard.  This little one is born out of wedlock from a pair of ‘shacks’.

Nothing can change this fact and more is the pity for the little one.  One day, when the pendulum of morality swings back, such a child will bear the stigma of illegitimacy.  And it’s not his fault, that belongs to ‘Mommy and Daddy’.  At least these folks who shunned marriage did place value on the life of their child.

Today, far too many people have decided that life is ‘subjective’ and murdering a baby in the womb, partially born, or completely born is acceptable, and sometimes preferable.  Too many people have accepted infanticide as a ‘medical procedure’ and even ‘a woman’s choice’.

That makes no sense at all!

Organized religion, long supporters of biblical morality, have begun shedding their sheep’s clothing and are endorsing these Satanic practices.  Masters of the excuse, many clergy openly endorse ‘a woman’s choice’ in the matter of abortion and ‘family choice’ in the matter of euthanasia.

There are churches, even those we believe to be the pillars of morality, who accept ‘abortion’ as long as the pregnancy is the result of incest, rape, or danger to the life or quality of life of the mother.  This revised set of ‘excuses and inclusions’ is today’s scarlet letter.

Thankfully, there are those among us who still value human life.  The most vulnerable of all people, infants and the elderly, are being slaughtered through abortion and euthanasia.  Americans by and large accept these horrific practices.  They address these with the most asinine of responses, “It’s their business and their belief.  Who are we to judge them?

This is the same as saying, “Let them murder at will and keep your nose out of it.  Murder is family business.”  Outside of being members of a notorious crime family, doesn’t’ that sound asinine?  Sure it does!  Let’s try this one; What if a child is found to be mentally retarded or physically deformed but he or she is already nearly a year old.  Many birth defects aren’t obvious until about ten to twelve months.  Would it still be okay to kill him or her?  After all, isn’t age arbitrary, even subjective?

How is it that when someone is responsible for the death of a pregnant woman in a car crash he or she is charged with two cases of vehicular manslaughter?  There are two lives according to the law.  That woman might have been on her way to Planned Parenthood® to have her child slaughtered.  But for the distance between the accident scene and the abortion mill the count of the dead was halved.

Today we’ve covered marriage and childbirth.  We’ve covered slaughter of the innocents.  We’ve covered the tolerance and even endorsement of organized execution of senior citizens and the infirm to death.  We’ve visited moral standards paralleling those of Adolf Hitler.

There is ‘wrong’ and there is ‘right’ and nothing you can say will erase the truth.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!

CELEBRITIES WHINE THE LOUDEST ABOUT THE L.A. FIRES. YOU'LL FIND NO SYMPATHY HERE!

CELEBRITIES LOSE HOMES IN CALIFORNIA WILDFIRES

https://rumble.com/v68hrej-not-everyone-who-lost-a-home-needs-our-sympathy.html

So why is it that 99% of America doesn’t give a rat’s tail?

C’mon, the uber-rich, uber-famous, and uber-self indulged lost some of their homes in the Los Angeles wildfires.  Okay, it’s a sad thing to lose your home in a fire, but less sad when you lose “one of your homes” in these fires.  The fact is, these folks bought what they bought, insured what they insured, flaunted what they had and lost it in a fire.  Karma has come ‘round to bite them in the @ss!

Condolences mostly come from within the circles of the uber-everything.  It’s the rich patting each other on the back with “It’s okay,  I lost one of my homes too.”  Seeking sympathy from anyone outside of their circle is the epitome of narcissism.  It’s okay to be a narcissist, and it’s okay to be totally absorbed and isolated from the real world.  But it’s not okay to seek sympathy from “real” people.  If you idiots attended a few town meetings and paid attention to local issues, the fire danger would have been clear to you.

Here’s how it goes:  Rich person gets a job acting on TV or in the movies.  This person gets the gig through family ties [nepotism redfined] or on the casting couch.  In any case, these are not those legends who clawed their way to the top living on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and ramen noodles.  That hasn’t happened since “talkies” came to the silver screen.

https://rumble.com/v68hrej-not-everyone-who-lost-a-home-needs-our-sympathy.html

Many of their names are giveaways: Baldwin, Bridges, Seinfeld, Stallone and so on.  These are dead giveaways of the rampant nepotism which has fueled Hollywood since its inception.  None of these fit that bill.  There are names that don’t attend “the right” synagogue.  These “non-relative” and “non-Jewish” names found fame through bribery or a few dozen dances on the casting couch.

In summary:  I look upon these tragic wildfires as the natural result of DEI, corruption, and incompetence.  People like Gavin Newsome, Karen Bass, Kristin Crowley, and others of their ilk frittered away federal funds while turning a blind eye to reality.  They broke the law feeding and housing illegal aliens.  They cut the Fire Department’s budget, laid off firemen and diverted forest management funds.  They spent diverted money supporting Illegal Aliens and flying all over the world on junkets such as Karen Bass’.  She attended the inauguration of Ghana’s new president.  She has no plans to attend Donald Trump’s inauguration, but these are her priorities.  Lock her up … along with others!

My heart goes out to the families and friends of those who perished in the fires, but my middle finger goes up to the California governor, L.A. mayor, L.A. County Fire Chief, and all others who flagrantly ignored warnings, advice, and even federal law resulting in this disaster.

My “Ho Hum” goes out to the uber-rich whining about losing “one of their homes”.

To you I say, “File your insurance and overvalue your claims and get on with your lives.  Then I would say to them, “Once that’s been done, just shut your pie holes and move on because I’m tired of listening to your minging and whining.  No sympathy here!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BROADCAST TELEVISION TO FINISH THEIR LONG ROAD TO SUICIDE?

BROADCAST TELEVISION, HOW MUCH LONGER?

https://rumble.com/v68hz5a-broadcast-television-...-such-a-pity-it-sucks-so-much.html

As broadcast television continues to slit its own throat, this is the question.

When you watch television powered by an antenna, that’s broadcast television.  When you watch television punctuated several times an hour by interminable ads and public service announcements, that’s broadcast television.  When you watch TV’s impossibly insulting program lineup, that’s broadcast television.  When you watch TV’s less than 39 minutes of content in any given hour, that’s broadcast television.

It’s bad enough that broadcast television continues to rear its ugly head with inane programming and viewer abuse, but it’s no longer just the major networks.  Remember that ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and assorted news, talk, and sports networks are all guilty.

Today there is an inundation of over 25 other ‘specialty networks, each running reruns from as far back as television exists and beyond.  These, like the major networks, also spew an unending string of ads.  What you might think of as an ‘escape’ from the curses of broadcast television is nothing more than the same old sh!t under a different name.

In an attempt to escape, I joined Amazon Prime for its many choices of commercial free entertainment.  For the most part it fulfills promise, but there is a horrible trend growing even among prime movies and television.  Ads are here too.

Before a movie you badly want to watch you’ll hear, “The following movie will be shown without interruption after these messages.”  Then the 2 ~ 3 minutes of commercials begin.  At least this means you can go to the bathroom, grab a snack, and return in time for uninterrupted entertainment.  Okay, it’s better than broadcast television although it brings to mind the following question, “Why am I paying for this?  The answer is clear so far.  I am paying for a movie or show that’s commercial-free after the initial run of commercials is over.

What really sucks is another part of this new ‘thing’ on Amazon Prime.  Many movies and shows now begin with this disclaimer, “The following movie will be shown with minimal interruptions.”  Yes, the magic word here is “minimal” and that’s not so minimal.  This leaves the door open for them to run any number of breaks, usually about 5, during the movie.  Okay, it’s a hell of a lot less than broadcast television but still, it interrupts the show 5 times or more which is just enough to be annoying as all Hell.

I guess I could subscribe to Hulu or some other movie channel, but then what’s to prevent them doing the same?

Even if the alternatives of Amazon Prime or other streaming services don’t clean up their act, they are still good enough to stand by and watch as broadcast television continues to bleed out.  Maybe in my lifetime I will witness the end of that era.

I can only hope.

DEI COSTS LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS. IT IS ONE OF THE GREATEST SCAMS TO BE PRESENTED AND ACTED UPON. FROM BOEING TO NASA WE SEE THE RESULTS

DEI Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

https://rumble.com/v67qt4y-the-dangers-of-dei.-were-reaping-the-harvest.html

From Affirmative Action to DEI, the seeds of our destruction.

Long ago Affirmative Action [now largely DEI] reared its ugly head.  Granted, the US Supreme Court recently ruled affirmative action programs unconstitutional and therefore illegal.  Still many firms and government agencies refuse to abandon the practice.  What really hurts here is that, despite the bigotry of DEI, Americans are largely ignorant of just how much damage these insidious policies have caused.

Racial resentment is exacerbated when a person is hired not for his or her qualifications but for color, sex, disability, etc.  When applying for home loans [a disappearing thing] a disproportionate number of Blacks are still approved and an even more disproportionate number of non-blacks are disapproved.  Under HUD affirmative action policies, there are quotas set for approving black home buyers as opposed to non-black.

Quotas still exist for home loan approvals for blacks.  Now, there’s only just so much money to go around, but under myriad programs administered by HUD it’s still spread on a 50/50 basis.  How does a 50/50 split apply to a group that only occupies 12% of the population.

Do you see the problem here?  Young first-time homebuyers are either approved or disapproved with a formula that prioritized the color of their skin.  Government programs favor well over 50% of their applications from blacks and many programs are reserved exclusively for black Americans.

When government or corporate America bestows unfair advantage and blessings on one race over any other it breeds a resentment that is understandable.  From government jobs at all levels to college scholarships to small business loans and more, the affirmative action policies of the past 50plus years have gone a long way toward keeping blacks and non-blacks at each others’ throats.

Move up to today, and to Boeing Aircraft and NASA.  Their affirmative action, now dubbed DEI, more than contributed to a number of aircraft failures and loss of human life.  Boeing’s 737s seem most susceptible to manufacturing defect.  A closer look at the plants where the 737s are assembled shows a hugely disproportionate DEI staff.  A Space Force investigation showed over 86 Boeing employees who were hired to perform jobs and duties for which they were obviously unqualified.  Their investigation of NASA showed a whopping 114 employees hired to perform tasks way above their capability or qualification.

Why are we still doing this?  Why don’t we stand up and let the government know that we don’t owe American blacks a damned thing!  Neither apology, special status, or financial reparations are owed.  Slavery has been gone for over 150 years so get over it!

Why don’t Americans stand up and let the handicapped and otherwise crippled either mentally or physically, that we don’t ‘owe’ them a damned thing?  Out of decency we should leave parking spaces closest to businesses and government buildings open for them.  But it’s wrong to make it law.  That’s DEI.  It’s wrong when what ‘should be courtesy’ is shoved down our throats as a regulation or even law.  It’s a case of, “Be courteous or pay a fine.”

We don’t ‘owe’ people with severely disabling conditions jobs for which they aren’t fully qualified.  We don’t ‘owe’ them anything except the respect we give to anyone so disadvantaged.

It’s gone from the ridiculous to the sublime.  Television, motion pictures, print media and on and on have surrendered to DEI.  Good luck finding a television commercial without a black principle character.  Yes, blacks do make up nearly 12% of the nation’s population but DEI casts them in over 87% of broadcast television advertising.  In some ads it’s so obviously pandering to blacks; I’m surprised black Americans aren’t complaining about it!

YOU SHOULDN'T TRY AND JUDGE FROM A HEADLINE OR SOUNDBITE. FOR GOD'S SAKE GROW UP!

YOU REALLY CAN’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

https://rumble.com/v67dp64-misleading-media-headlines-are-a-travesty-of-trust.html

Today’s media is eager to judge life itself, and you jackasses go along with it.

How many times must the media cry wolf before you realize it’s a bunch of crap!  Here’s yet another example, although revisited from years ago, of what the media is capable of.

HOW STAFF OF 4077 MASH WOULD BE DEALT WITH IN A 'REAL WORLD' SCENARIO WITH ME AS COMMANDING OFFICER.

HOW A COMMANDER SHOULD HAVE TREATED

PEOPLE OF THE MASH 4077

https://rumble.com/v67124v-what-a-commanding-officer-in-a-real-mash-unit-would-do-with-the-4077.html

Despite their stellar record of saving lives, there are certain staff members to deal with.

Let’s start here:

Corporal Walter ‘Radar’ O’Rielly:  As company clerk his performance went beyond the necessary to the stellar more than once.  As commander I would have promoted him to Sergeant with meritorious recommendation and appointed him an assistant, probably Corporal Klinger in the beginning.  I would have put him up for the Bronze Star on a number of occasions.  Also, I would force others such as Majors Houlihan and Burns to treat him with the respect due a non-commissioned officer.  The same goes for all officers and subordinates.

Corporal Maxwell ‘Max’ Klinger:  Understanding and working with his quirks, I would have him on a short leash and under the command of Corporal O’Rielly.  I would allow his dalliances into the abnormality of his ‘Section 8’ behavior.  I’d have ‘Radar’ award him a few 36-hour passes from time to time to keep his spirits up.  Along with this would be a distinct understanding that if he deserted I would do everything in my power to see him in Leavenworth Military Prison.

● Major Frank ‘Ferret Face’ Burns:  His continued bad behavior and reporting every misadventure to HQ would not be tolerated.  I’d let him know that a morals charge could always earn him a dishonorable discharge and I would file the charges myself.  As a married man making out with another officer [Major Houlihan] he’d be in a very bad place.

Furthermore, I’d let him know from the beginning that the 1st time he went over my head, violating the chain of command, I’d have him transferred to the farthest battalion aid station I could shoehorn him into.

Major “Hot Lips” Houlihan:  This woman is a slut, plain and simple, and has slept with half the command staff in Korea.  Her disloyalty to me as commanding officer would go only as far as the first time she either went over my head for some bullshit reason or if she encouraged her paramour, Frank Burns, to do likewise.  She’d find herself working in a battalion aid station as far from Frank Burns as possible.

● Captains Hunnicutt and MacIntyre:  As foils for the barbs and idiotic platitudes of Captain Pierce, their behaviour would have to be brought in check.  I realize that their more insane antics are always due to Captain Pierce’s influence.  I would put these guys in a tent other than that of Pierce in order to minimize Pierce’s influence.  They were both good surgeons and valuable assets providing minimal trouble in pursuit of their duties.

● Captain “Hawkeye” Pierce:  His juvenile and tiresome behavior wouldn’t go very far with me.  His continued poor choices would have him ejected from the army post haste.  I would not tolerate his hatred of the military, disrespect of the chain of command or his inappropriate behavior to line officers.  No, mercifully, I’d bring him up on charges of behavior unbecoming of an officer.

This is a merciful charge because I wouldn’t want to ruin his life with a felony conviction.  No, I’d let him ruin his own reputation in the civilian world.  Just returning to civilian life wouldn’t do anything to soften his mental illness.  He is a good surgeon but has a grossly inflated sense of greatness.  Replacing him with a surgeon of equal quality wouldn’t be nearly as difficult as he thought.

Disobey me once, shame on you.  Do it again, shame on me.

There are no others whose behavior or demeanor would warrant any drastic action.  The unit could be preserved and operate with its uncommon success with these changes and might just run a little better.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
