PROPERTY TAX IS RENT

Recurring property tax is criminal!  Even if you’ve paid off your property you are still only a tenant on government land.

Say what?  ‘Property tax’ is really just rent.  The elderly and infirm, among others on fixed incomes are often evicted from their homes which then go on the auction block to feed the government’s ever-growing thirst for everyone’s money.

There’s a solution:  A sales tax on real estate!  Whenever the property sells the buyer pays sales tax.  This means that those who want to retire in their homes need not fear being evicted for failure to pay their ‘rent’.
