IT’S NOT GUNS, IT’S ‘CALIFORNIA JUSTICE’
The alarming rise in V.A.B. and gang violence is totally out of control
With our ‘pretender-in-chief’ calling for tighter gun control measures, we see this bloodbath unleashed in a state that already has the toughest gun laws in the land. In California, where background checks are required for firearms, ammunition, and even firearms accessories we still see a rising gun crime rate. Even NAZI Germany couldn’t keep guns out of the hands of criminals because, after all, criminals break the law … even when it means that having a gun is breaking the law … Duh!
GUNS OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE INNOCENT MEANS GUNS IN THE HANDS OF THE VILE, CRIMINAL, AND MURDEROUS
What we have here is a breakdown in a horribly flawed judicial system resulting in rampant Gang and V.A.B. violence. We have politicians who have so diluted the rule of law as to literally tip the scales in favour of the criminals and against their victims and potential victims.

A member of the ‘protected classes’ in California, 26-year-old Dandrae Martin faces charges for assault and illegal firearm possession. This is a thug with a criminal record thicker than a New York telephone directory, yet he walked the streets a free man and found a gun easier to buy illegally than legally. The charges he faces [in a California court] will likely see him back on the street in less than 10 years. Yep, ‘California Justice’ will once again rear its ugly head!
WHAT MUST IT BE LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE 'PROTECTED' CLASS?
We need effective sentencing including Corporal Punishment. Caning comes to mind as it works! What’s so damned inhumane about beating a prisoner in a non-lethal but extremely painful way? I’m not talking about shoplifters or check forgers here, but violent criminals. Muggers, Rapists, Drug dealers, Manslaughter convictees, Spouse abusers both male and female and the list goes on.
What’s wrong with corporal punishment? Is it ‘cruel and unusual’? Not really!
I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
P.S. Only when a sense of fairness and justice returns to the judicial systems, especially those in our major cities, can we be truly free. Our constitution has been so perverted in the names of 'equity', 'diversity', and a host of other communist terms and concepts that only tearing it down and rebuilding it will do the job.
