The firing of Tucker Carlson from Fox
Well, it wasn't a shock to
many of us, but a regrettable situation as Fox moves more in the direction of
being woke. The acerbic yet poignant
approach of Tucker made him many very powerful enemies in the broadcast
business and especially in the halls of power in
Many point to the recent settlement between Fox and Dominion but don't realize that Fox, 4 billion dollars flush, will defray the cost through various insurance riders and business insurance and through the tax deductibility of virtually all expenses related to the lawsuit.
Okay, Fox will still have to shell out about $180 million dollars but even that will be in the form of a structured settlement. I'm not so sure it's as much a matter of money as it is policy and the ever-widening wokism of Fox.
