Joseph "Jo-Jo" Harrell of Houston, Texas, charged with body slamming a mother of three and leaving her paralyzed has shown that he's as stupid as he is violent.  While in jail he made a phone call bragging about what he did to her.  Yo, Jo!  Didn't you know that jailhouse phones are always monitored and recorded?  Hey, Joe!  Don't think you can confess this over the phone, have it admitted into evidence, and then get off just because you are a few months shy of your 18th birthday!

Audio recordings of Joseph Harrell’s conversations were obtained by station ABC13 from a source close to the investigation after a bleeding hart W!gg@r judge decided to slash Harrell's bond in half from $200,000 to $100,000.  Now understand; this bastard was already out on bond for another crime when he faced the judge for this one!  Yep, he couldn't wait for the first criminal arrest to be settled before running out and committing yet another violent crime.

Harrell was still on bail when he attacked this woman!

Fully knowledgeable of this animal's criminal history and precarious legal status at the time of the commission of this crime, a soft-on-crime W!gg*r judge reduced the bond by half so this little bastard could be let loose.  Yes ... he's out there right now prowling the streets of the city looking for someone to rob, beat, and maybe even kill as he awaits trials on other crimes.

The real crime here is that of the judge.  Lock his sorry ass up and throw away the key.  As for Joe ... toss him in a cell with a bunch of much larger and angry Asian inmates!  Let them know that, although Harrell targeted an Asian woman, he will never be charged with a hate crime.  Let the real hate crimes begin when he's tossed into a cell or out in the prison yard with a big target on his back!

Bring in Corporal Punishment!

It's time for us to bring caning into the picture and apply it generously and with abandon!  It would make little bigot bastards like Harrell think a hundred times before risking having a sound beating first from other inmates and secondly from his caning and thirdly from his having to survive in the prison yard with others knowing what he did!

Maybe 'prison justice' would be better than anything we have.  Our own 'justice system' is so badly broken as to make true justice impossible.  Our own justice system serves the elite and burns the rest of us.  Who are the elite?  They are the wealthy, the famous, and the millions of 'protected classes' out there.
