THE DEATH OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IS FREEDOM REBORN

The US Supreme Court has effectively shot down Affirmative Action.

This is a great break for everyone.  From college admissions to hiring practices, affirmative action has been ruled unconstitutional and therefore illegal.  Colleges such as Harvard and a bevy of others have used race as an admission factor for decades, restricting Whites, Asians, and even Hispanics from admission.

Imagine applying for college where there are 110 seats open, but finding out that 20 of these seats have been reserved for Blacks only.  At the end of the pre-term selection process the admissions board finds themselves with 12 of these reserved seats still unoccupied.  Then imagine as they go back through their rejections, combing and searching for the 'least worst' of the bunch.

In the meantime you, the 'not black' applicant, are tossed aside because all of the 'white seats' have been filled.

From college admission to civil service the Supreme Court has now spoken and this insidious practice of so-called 'Affirmative Action' is circling the drain as its death rattle can be heard.

It's about time.
