PHILLY COPS NOT TO CITE MINOR VIOLATIONS?

Institutional Racism will be apart of Philadelphia law!

City to pass ‘Driving While Black” legislation

In a city where over 44% of residents are black, this legislation is passed to ‘give them a pass’.  It’s a clear sign of institutional racism but, in Philly, anything goes!

Dateline Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – The city is poised to bar its cops from pulling drivers over for minor traffic violations — like broken tail lights, expired inspection stickers, outdated registration, expired driver licenses, failure to stop at a stop sign, and even running red lights as long as they appeared ‘orange’, and not red.  This will make it the first major US city to enact so-called “driving while black” legislation.

The package of bills would label a number of infractions as “secondary events” meaning police would be prohibited from pulling motorists over for any of those “secondary events”.  The measure is aimed at easing tensions between police and black Philadelphians, who are more likely to be stopped by police.

Unfortunately for black Philadelphians, statistics show they are not good drivers when compared to their Asian, Caucasian, and Hispanic counterparts.  Furthermore, it appears their high rate of infraction is due to “A Black Thing” wherein so many blacks feel entitled to act out, actually blaming being pulled over as a remnant of slavery.

When surveyed, over 81% of Black Philadelphians said that they felt a certain sense of ‘privilege’ and that they should be allowed ‘minor infractions’ due to ‘issues of slavery in America’s past’.

There you have it.  The ‘Race Card’ is now institutionalized in American law.  It’s another sad chapter in America’s dark present and even darker future.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
