What is a 'Convention of States', and what
is Federal Overreach?
We had an at times spirited discussion on the law as it affects us, as we can or cannot change it, and the makeup of a 'Convention of States' vs. Constitutional Amendments. This was a clear, easily understood, and revealing look at the way laws are made and changed.
