THE ‘DISAPPEARANCE’ OF DONG JING WEI
An account of the disappearance of China’s ‘Spy Hunter’
Dong Jing Wei and daughter Dong Yang appear to have escaped to the West. Father and daughter were seen to first flew to Hong Kong on ‘party business’ from whence they apparently slipped out of the country with the apparent aid of U.S. State Department officials. Dong had reportedly been in contact with someone in the U.S. since December of 2020 and then made good his escape around February 10, 2021; some 2 months after he had allegedly initiated contact with the U.S. Word is that he brought his daughter with him hoping for ‘a better life’ for her and ‘peace of mind’ for himself. This is according to a source very close to Dong Jing Wei. Long-time associate/friend
It was probably the passing of his wife, Wang Hui, in November of 2019 that triggered his apparent defection. Strong and reliable sources say that Wang Hui died from a respiratory infection and complications resulting from pneumonia. This was probably nCOv-19 [Covid-19] as she had been visiting friends in the city of Huang Gan, Hubei Province, when the virus first erupted in the general population. Huang Gan is less than a 90 minute drive from Wuhan City, the epicentre of the virus. According to sources close to Dong Jing Wei’s family, Dong blamed the Chinese Government for her death. Source: Colleague now in self-imposed exile.
-------------------------------------------------------
Wang Hui died from nCOv-19 in November of 2019
-------------------------------------------------------
I spoke with Doctor Li Hua [not his real name] who attended Wang Hui from admission to death at #1 hospital. She is reported to have entered #1 Hospital in Huang Gan with advanced pneumonia, having tried for several days to treat herself. According to a member of the household, Wang Hui [a trained nurse] thought she was dealing with influenza and was self-medicating until she began to go into respiratory arrest. It is reported that friends drove her to #1 Hospital in a taxi. Upon arrival at #1 hospital she was was immediately admitted. Her status as wife of a high ranking government official gave her ‘front of the line attention’.
Within 5 minutes of arrival at the hospital’s main entrance Wang Hui was placed in isolation and doctors and nurses had ‘suited up’ as they began treating her. The medical staff worked hard and well, but after only 4 days, the last 2 on a respirator, Wang Hui expired. Witnesses report that her close friend was at her bedside [herself suited up] when death was pronounced. Suited up: masks, glove, gown, booties
Her friend of many years [name withheld] fell to her knees screaming and wailing. Helped to her feet by nurses she escaped their grip and ran out of the room pulling at her hair, wailing, and careening down the long hallway. This is not an uncommon scene in Chinese hospitals when a loved one expires. Her friend sustained a mild concussion, bruises, a few cuts, and dislocated her hip in the process of her 'mourning'. She reportedly spent 5 days in hospital before release. Eyewitness account from the husband of Wang Hui’s friend.
Within only a few hours of declaration of death, Wang Hui was cremated at the hospital. As per protocol, the room was sterilized and all bedding, drapes, garments, and gowns exposed were incinerated. It’s clear the hospital treated Wang Hui’s ailment as ‘a virulent pathogenic condition’. Were they already aware of the nCOv-19 breakout?
Within a week Dong Jing Wei was arranging appointments in Hong Kong. He was laying the groundwork for his ‘escape’. Colleagues believed he was burying himself in his work in order to cope with the death of his wife. No, he was initiating his exit strategy.
Contacts tell me he requested fake identification for himself and his daughter. He obtained passports and necessary paperwork on about New Year’s Day, January 1st. A close source tells me they left under the assumed names of Tong De and Tong Lin
Prior to leaving Hong Kong,
Dong Jing Wei made several appointments in the area with various ministry
officials including regional security, city police, local FSB. He was also scheduled to address a party meeting celebrating Spring Festival a.k.a. Chinese New Year. Dong kept only one of these appointments
visiting the intelligence section of the Hong Kong Police. He and several dignitaries celebrated and met
in a local KTV. It's customary to conclude business dealings in a KTV [Karaoke TV] restaurant.
An official who attended the festive meeting says that Dong and daughter both appeared ‘absolutely normal’ and that they seemed to be enjoying the dinner/meeting. He says, “They gave no signs of nervousness or apprehension. I am sure that Dong Jing Wei and his daughter are still in China.” Of course Dong and daughter appeared at ease. This man is a master spy and his daughter has worked with him for years. Rumours have it that she was also heavily involved in counter-intelligence operations. Associates and ‘friends’ confirm her involvement in a number of situations. Dong Yang held the equivalent of a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Shortly after this meeting in February he and his daughter reportedly left the city on Delta Airlines/Korean Air Flight #7916 leaving at around midnight under their new identities.
The approach of Spring Festival always brings a chaos to government with everyone planning their family gatherings weeks ahead of a holiday which sees over a 500 million passengers on the nation’s air, rail, and bus lines. Train tickets are all but impossible to come by within 2 weeks of date of travel. Likewise, bus line tickets evaporate about a week ahead of date of travel. The high demand dates of travel encompass a 2-week period of time. It would seem that Dong counted on this annual pandemonium to make good his escape.
On the evening of his departure, nearly 18 hours after he had left Hong Kong, a red flag went up and a search began in earnest for Dong Jing Wei and his daughter. For a while officials believed him to have been kidnapped as evidence then seemed to support. As a matter of fact, Dong, a spy master, had carefully crafted evidence to support his possible abduction. This was successful as it bought him valuable time to cover his escape. Between the chaos of the upcoming holiday and his carefully planted bits-and-pieces of evidence the stage was perfectly set. Dong Jing Wei is, after all, very good at what he does.
Around about the 15th, 5 full days after his departure, the FSB [Foreign Security Bureau] had allegedly broken through the wall of fake evidence planted by Dong. They had also gathered sufficient ‘evidence’ to change their minds about his absence and now suspected a defection. It is believed they learned that he and his daughter had, in fact, voluntarily left the country.
-------------------------------------------------------
It took FSB nearly 5 days to realize Dong had not been kidnapped.
-------------------------------------------------------
Security Video at Hong Kong Airport reportedly showed Dong and daughter checking in for the Korean Air flight. It hadn’t even occurred to FSB to view airport, train, and bus security footage until the 15th of February. By Spring Festival on Monday, February 15, Dong and daughter had been labelled ‘enemies of the state’.
Their names were put on the top secret ‘Apprehend At All Cost’ list. This is an exclusive list reserved for high-priority ‘enemies of the state’ such as the Dalai Lama. Every FSB office, nationwide and abroad, received AI [Apprehend Immediately] bulletins. The search began in earnest almost immediately after Dong had already landed in the U.S. This search continues today through Chinese espionage connections wherever there is a Chinese Consulate or Embassy. They want this man back!
Dong and daughter arrived in the U.S. on about the 14th ~ 15th of February, about the same time FSB’s intelligence section confirmed his unauthorized absence and travel out of the country. It was then they knew for sure that Dong and daughter had left Hong Kong and flown to Inchon Airport in Seoul, Korea.
Dong’s daughter Dong Yang, 31 years of age, is without child or husband. Fluent in English she often accompanied her father on trips, assignments, and missions acting as secretary and interpreter. Indeed she had become a regular fixture by his side and had garnered considerable respect among FSB rank and file. Dong had taken her to Hong Kong on a number of occasions, always on ‘government business’.
Their flight landed at Seoul, Korea in the early morning hours at about 6am Seoul time. From there they were allegedly met by U.S. officials and hustled to the American Embassy where they spent 2 days before flying to the United States on a ‘diplomatic’ jet. It is believed the jet eventually landed at Beale Air force Base in California. An anonymous source recalls the landing of a ‘plain brown wrapper’ jet and those getting off the plane included an Asian couple, a man and a woman... It’s not often these ‘plain brown wrapper’ jets land there.
Supposedly now in U.S. hands it is believed Dong is spilling his guts on a regime with which he has ‘an axe to grind’. Meanwhile, in China, the propaganda ministry is ramping up to handle the disappearance of their former spy master. As of now they continue to claim he is alive and well in China, but my friends and sources within the FSB paint an entirely different picture:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The People’s Congress and CCP are left with only two choices
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Drop him from the news cycle. Don’t talk about him, and memory of this ‘alleged’ disappearance will fade over time. It worked with the Tiananmen Square slaughter so why wouldn't it work now? Interestingly, China simply ‘never talked’ when they lost their original Shenzhou 5 astronaut in 2003. The rocket slammed into the hard ground of the Inner Mongolian plains after parachute failure, killing the astronaut instantly. Because it fell so far ‘off target’ there were far too many witnesses to contain. Farmers and workers witnessed the body of the astronaut being placed in a body bag and carted away in a military vehicle. The Chinese would later launch ‘another’ Shenzhou 5 mission, this one successful. “If you don’t mention it, then it didn’t happen.” seems the watchword of propagandists in Beijing.
2. At the right time in October in the days surrounding Chinese National Day, the government would announce that Dong and his daughter had gone down in a plane crash over the South China Sea. A vigorous search effort would be initiated only to have the search called off 5 days later, the remains of the plane assuring that father and daughter had died. News footage of airplane debris in the water and search boats would be on all television channels across China. A national day of mourning and a florid funeral would follow.
In any case, it is impossible for the CCP to admit that their most well-vetted and well-informed spy chief has defected to America. Regardless of which course the CCP chooses to follow, the name of Dong Jing Wei will remain on their dreaded ‘Apprehend at All Cost’ list just in case they one day manage to find and claim or kill him. Apprehend at all cost updated March 1, 2021. FSB-LP3121DJ03012021 Expiration on completion
This is not out of the question as China has a history of kidnapping and ‘shanghaiing’ those of Chinese descent, not necessarily citizens, and bringing them to China to stand trial for one crime or another. Chinese law specifically states that “… all persons of ¼ or greater Chinese blood fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of The People’s Republic of China.” Party declaration March, 2006.
Reports from multiple sources say that FSB agents and ‘Black Police’ have been canvassing Dong’s neighbourhoods going back to childhood and are surreptitiously probing virtually anyone he or Dong Yang have ever had contact with.
------------------------------------------
THE HUNT IS ON!
------------------------------------------
A new announcement as of June 28, 2021 came in the form of a subtle ‘leak’ that Dong is down with the flu and cannot be reached. This has been released through multiple ‘local press’ outlets as a sidebar to local news. It’s a quiet campaign to prepare the public for any event.
An order has been issued by FSB through Chinese embassies worldwide to be on the lookout for ‘a man resembling Dong Jing Wei’. This man, they say, “is trying to bring disrepute to the esteemed Dong Jing Wei and the CCP.” Release CCP Central Committee, CCP March 2, 2021.
------------------------------------------------
My boots on the ground in Ottawa, Canada tell me that Canadian Security Intelligence Service [CSIS] is ‘cooperating with requests from the People’s Republic of China’ in locating a man and woman who have been charged of a crime.’ That man is almost certainly Dong Jing Wei. That woman is most certainly Dong Yang. CSIS has reportedly been given a list of aliases they may be travelling under. Addendum to apprehend at all cost updated June 4, 2021. FSB-LP3121DJ03012021A Expiration on completion.
One has to wonder why Canada’s CSIS is cooperating with Beijing and if this is a reflection of Justin Trudeau’s ‘cozy’ relationship with the Chinese. For years it
has been clear that China has significant influence over Ottawa’s governance.
In many instances Canada has bowed to the sometimes draconian requests from Beijing without so much as a "why?"
------------------------------------------------
Australia has flatly refused to cooperate in the Chinese hunt for Dong Jing Wei. Noting previous abuses by Beijing and her agents in Canada and on her own soil, Aussies have said, “Enough is enough.” The Australian Security Intelligence Organization (ASIO) has identified a number of Chinese operatives and, according to directive AUCN54484-DJ they have warned known Chinese operatives and outright spies within their country against committing any crimes on Australian soil. The Chinese here know they’re being watched even closer than before and all arrivals from China are being closely vetted.
Already a record number of visa applications from China have shown the applicants to be of ‘a suspicious nature’ and been refused.
My contact in Melbourne says that three Chinese men have been detained by Border Protection Agents and are being held without obvious charge. My contact has no more information at this time, but strongly suggests these men are Chinese agents sent to Australia on a mission.
While Canada has experienced such events and responded with a whimper, Australia has hunted down Chinese agents, arrested them, and either incarcerated or deported offenders. Over the past 8 years we have seen Australian/Chinese relations begin to sour.
------------------------------------------------
Will a Biden Administration cooperate with the Chinese in this matter? If so, then the life of Dong Jing Wei is in peril. If so, then there can be no doubt that America [by way of Biden] is now the property of the People’s Republic of China.
I'm Max, and that's the way I see it!
