Idaho's governor [Brad Little] has given no reason why not to save thousands of medical jobs. With the stroke of a pen he can halt the collusion of major medical centres as they fix policies and work to literally 'enslave' their employees while putting the people of Idaho at risk.
Only the Lt. Governor, Janice McGeachin, has shown any backbone on this issue and she has the sleeping, obstructing, co-conspiratorial body of the governor to get past.
