SINGAPORE MAN BREAKS A TOUGH RECORD

A Brazilian ex-pat living in Singapore broke the world record for chest-to-ground squat thrusts

Dateline Singapore, Singapore – Cassiano Rodrigues Laureano, a 35 year old Brazilian Ex-pat, broke the Guinness World Record with 951 chest-to-ground squat thrusts in one hour.  A ‘squat thrust’ involves squatting to the ground, throwing your legs behind you, and doing a chest-to-ground pushup, then bringing your legs back under you and standing up.  --- THAT’S JUST ONE!
