VIRGINIA ANGLER CAUGHT HUGE GOLDFISH

A guy caught a record 3 pound, 9 ounce goldfish.

Dateline Potomac River, Virginia – Jeremy Fortner was fishing in Hunting Creek, a tributary of the mighty Potomac River.  He saw his bobber go down twice and started reeling in what would be a Virginia state record ‘Goldfish’.

Yep.  This ain’t your mother’s goldfish.  This isn’t that little swimmer in the aquarium in the living room.  This is ‘free range’ goldfish.  It’s 16 inches long with a circumference of 15 inches [yep, a fat fish] and weighs in at 3 pounds and 9 ounces.  That’s cool.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
