NJ WOMAN BUSTED FOR RUDENESS

She faces federal felony charges telling Muslims to ‘go home’

Talk about ‘protected classes’ if you will.  The woman is charged with ‘bias attack’, and just what in Hell is that?  What kind of government invents a crime called, ‘bias attack’?  A New Jersey woman allegedly told two Muslim teenagers to go back to their country and slugged one in the head during a bias-fuelled attack, prosecutors said Thursday.

Nancy Jones, 59, of Clifton, was arrested on a slew of charges for allegedly harassing the teens in a nail salon on April 30, According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.  Both girls were wearing hijabs at the time, prosecutors said.

What would normally be simple battery and possibly disturbance of the peace has been elevated to a list of ‘hate’ crimes.  What in Hell are we doing in this country?  According to a press release from CAIR-NJ, the woman shouted at the two girls for staring at her while they waited to get their nails done. She allegedly shouted profanities at them, CAIR-NJ stated, and told them, “to go back to their (expletive) country you two little punks,” and that “they do not belong here.”

Jones is facing several charges including fourth-degree bias intimidation, two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and simple assault, which is a disorderly person offence.  For this she could face up to 10 years in federal prison.  What she did was illegal and certainly rises to the level of misdemeanour, but should in no way be a felony but for the insane ‘protected class’ laws in this country.

P.S.  It's a crying shame and a 'real' crime when laws prevent free speech to the point that raising your voice to one of the 'favoured few' in our country can get you prison time.  Where did we go wrong and what can we do to stop this crap?
