I went shopping yesterday.  "Help!"

The current administration is deliberately crippling our economy and our lives

● Oil & Gas Leases have been rescinded.  Drilling and exploration in the US has all but ceased.

● Fuel prices [gasoline and diesel in particular] skyrocketed.  From $1.69 per gallon to $5.23 per gallon.  This has raised the prices of nearly all goods and commodities because of the radical increase in cost to heat, cool, form and manufacture goods.  Agriculture has been particularly hard hit because oil plays a critical part in modern farming methods with tractors, automated farm machinery of all kinds, and the trucks that carry the crops to market.  All along, from producing electricity to running farm machinery and transportation the costs have sky-rocketed.  In the end it is we, the people, who suffer from these price increases.

● Walking through the supermarket I encountered prices of a truly 'Bidenesque' nature.

Eggs, once $4 for a raft of 60 large eggs is now $25.  This is an increase of over 600%

Milk, once $1.49 a gallon now sells for $2.79.  This is an increase of over 50%  A carton of yogurt, once $2.39 is now $4.56.  This is an increase of over 52%.  Likewise the cost of bread, dairy products, meats, and canned goods has risen in record numbers.  2003 saw an overall inflation rate of over 11%.  The difference between today's inflation and that of past generations is that this inflation has centred itself on the staples and necessities of life.  This strikes at the very heart of the American family.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
