This story is written for New York, but applies everywhere in America including the State of Idaho. Teachers unions have flexed their muscle for generations and have shown parents a continually diminishing return on their investment. Good evidence is how many millions of teachers have received full pay while not working at all! Don’t teach? That’s okay, here’s your monthly salary. It sucks!
TEACHERS HAVE NO RIGHT TO STRIKE!
In most states nearly half the state’s budget goes into education. Nearly half for God’s sake! What do we get for that heavy investment? We get kids who know less and less in English, Math, Science, History, and languages. Today’s graduates often cannot find their own state on a map. Their knowledge of civics and government is almost non-existent yet we continue to build high schools that cost tens of millions of dollars because, after all, doesn’t every school need a television production studio?
Don’t our kids need printing facilities for a school paper or perhaps a swimming pool for extracurricular sports? How much are we paying into education that is just ‘sand down a rat hole’?
As long as we continue to blindly ‘feed the beast’ of education we will have schools that are nothing more than social indoctrination centres and universities that are openly communist and bent on the destruction of our society.
Think I’m kidding? Talk to a teacher.
