WHAT IN HELL IS A ‘HATE CRIME’?
As media helps to craft the concept of ‘hate crime’, freedom suffers
We are under assault as the law now decides what was ‘in your heart’ when you allegedly committed a crime? How is it that the law’s assertion that they can literally read another’s mind is not being challenged?

WHEN DID THE LAW BECOME TELEPATHIC?

Take for example the woman in Brooklyn who told some Jewish kids that Hitler should have killed all Jews has been arrested and faces a felony because of New York’s sweeping ‘Hate Crime’ legislation. This woman is a pig, a bigot, and is dealing with anger issues for sure … but … this hardly rises to the level of a felony.

With what is ostensibly a misdemeanour, criminal assault without contact and possibly even a public nuisance charge, has been elevated to a felony due because of the ultra liberal ‘Hate Crime’ laws in New York and virtually every Democrat-run city. In plain English this means that instead of probation or even up to 11 months in jail this woman is facing up to 10 years in prison. Now that’s a crime!
Think of this woman languishing at Riker’s Island while rioters, racist terrorists, and other violent V.A.B.s are still on the streets apparently immune to the legal system. Grant the violent and dangerous a free pass but if there’s a ‘Hate Crime’ [a crime against any of the law’s ‘protected class’ people] they just toss them in a cell and lose the key.
To say its wrong is a gross understatement. I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
