Elon musk warns Twitter employees about consequences of leaking to the press

Elon Musk has laid down the law and has informed all Twitter employees that leaking company information to the press or anyone else will bring down the full weight of Twitter and the law.  Twitter will sue you, take your money and maybe even your house, depending on how severe a judge or jury sees the violation to be.

Employees at Twitter, as with many tech companies, sign non-disclosure agreements in which they become legally obligated to keep what happens in the firm ... in the firm.

Says Musk, “This will be said only once: If you clearly and deliberately violate the NDA that you signed when you joined, you accept liability to the full extent of the law & Twitter will immediately seek damages."

Elon, you're doing the right thing.  If anyone at Max Allen Media leaks information, there is the promise of immediate dismissal and lawsuit.  You're doing it right.

P.S.  The bottom line here is this, "It's Elon's company and he can damn well do what he wants with it."  When you invest $44B you have a right to build or tear down what you've paid for.  I had a car I didn't like, in fact I hated it, and so I took it to a junk yard and put 9 holes in it with a shotgun.  I turned the keys and title over to the junk yard owner and he paid me $350.  I came out the winner on that one.
