When calling into KBOI Radio's 'Nate Shelman Show' it's a challenge to initiate a true discussion.  Nate is a talented radio host but his hubris overshadows his true potential.  When he gets an idea in his head, as in this brief interview, he simply shuts off the caller's audio and gets into whatever diatribe that enters his head.

It's here that what might become conversation quickly degenerates into a Nate Shelman monologue.  I like his show, despite being horribly overloaded with breaks of every nature, and will continue to listen as he is one of my preferred sources for current events.

I like Nate.  Like many, I wish he would work on his 'conversation skills'.
