What was he thinking? It’s obvious he didn’t even know.
Dateline Washington, D.C. – Speaking from his lectern, Joe Biden repeatedly whispered in an overtly creepy tone. What’s up with that Joe? On Thursday Biden repeatedly whispered to reporters during an impromptu press conference, drawing social media speculation and jokes about his “really creepy” exchanges.

On three separate occasions, Biden hunched over his lectern in the White House East Room and forcefully whispered to reporters. His manic delivery and odd mannerisms failed to put a good spin on a $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure deal, one he now refuses to sign.
The bizarre presidential performance drew significant criticism lending more credence to the mental instability of the president. Reporters both liberal and conservative left feeling, as one said, “It’s like being in the twilight zone.”
Joe is kinda like a Twilight Zone character, and that’s not a good thing. I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
