TEXAS DRIVER’S ‘BONE-HEADED’ MISTAKE
Any travelling companion should have ‘skin-in-the-game’
Dateline Harris County, Texas – Cops noticed a car in the high-occupancy vehicle lane carrying an unusual travelling companion. The real problem was that he ‘had-no-skin-in-the-game’. For that matter, he had no skin at all!
People are frequently ticketed for driving with a mannequin or blow-up doll in the front seat as they try to access the HOV lanes for a faster and smoother commute. But, here it comes, they usually use a ‘decoy passenger’ that is dressed and has skin too!
Cops made ‘no bones about it’ in ticketing this guy. His attempt was ‘nearly transparent’ as officers ‘saw right through’ his deception immediately.

The passenger seat of the vehicle was occupied by a Halloween skeleton decoration wearing a hat. It’s hard, in this case, to see which occupant in the car exercised the most common sense.
