SUPREME COURT DECISION STRENGTHENS 'CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTOR' STATUS!
'Religious exemptions' re: Vaccine
Mandates are valid.
The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof …”
So, the Constitution states that the government cannot infringe on the free exercise of religion. When someone is denied ‘religious exemption’ from vaccine mandates, that person is being deprived of his or her right to exercise freedom of religion. Remember that ‘religion’ isn’t necessarily an institution, but a state of personal conscience.
On the 14th of October, 2021 the US Supreme Court upheld a lower court's acquittal of a man who refused the military draft due to his belief in non-violence. This is first case in which a conscientious objector who is not a Jehovah's Witness has been acquitted of violating the Military Service Act.
According to the Hon. Jason Pernell, JD, retired Appeals Court Judge; “This decision sets powerful precedent in that it specifically identifies “Conscientious Objector Status” as deserving of waiver of rule, regulation, policy, or law in the matter of exemption from said rule, regulation, policy, or law; and this includes vaccine mandates. Furthermore this ruling would apply to any mandate which flies in the face of one’s personal conscience or religious belief.”
So there ya go! When are Biden’s handlers going to capitulate and find some other ‘legal’ way of screwing us instead of trashing the Constitution?
I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
