FIRE DEPT. RESCUES UNUSUAL WOMAN

“Better safe than sorry,” says fireman on the scene.

Passers by saw a woman clinging to a cliff surface, apparently in dire straits.  They called ‘911’ and fire / rescue crews arrived within minutes.  After sending a drone up and preparing a ladder they found out it was a mannequin.  The ‘dummy’ was in a movie shoot days earlier and camera crews had forgotten to take it down.

Santa Barbara County Fire officials said that calling ‘911’ was the right thing to do.  Better safe than sorry.” a fireman on scene said.

That’s good advice.  When in doubt call it in anyway.  I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
