TEXAS SHOOTER OUT ON BAIL!
Had he been white, he’d certainly still be in jail.
Dateline Tarrant County, Texas – Timothy George Simkins, the 18 year old charged with shooting students in his school is free. Yep, he shot and critically injured one kid who is still in critical condition and he wounded others. The witnesses, closed circuit video footage, and even his own admission have proven him guilty.
After spending a night in the hoosegow this little b@st@rd walked out the door on bail. Are you ready for this? $75,000 bail! He’s 18! He’s an adult! No ankle bracelet, no tracking, just free to do whatever he wants until his court date one day comes up!
What kind of judge sets a bail of any amount, let alone $75,000 [which means they only have to pony up $7,500 to a bail bondsman] in such a case?
Had this guy been any colour other than black, he’d still be cooling his heels in the can and held without bond! This is just plain wrong! There is no justice in America! The two-tiered court system of which I so often complain covers more than just celebrities under its wings, but pretty much anybody who is black … so it seems.
