WORLD’S LARGEST ICE CREAM SANDWICH

A sweet project brought about by Hy-Vee grocery and 30 employees

Dateline Plattsmouth, Nebraska – The Hy-Vee Grocery Store here has set a Guinness World Record by making the world’s largest ice cream sandwich.  This huge treat weighed in at 2,460 pounds.

This huge ice cream treat was then portioned and donated to the Food Bank of Lincoln and the Food Bank for the Heartland.

It’s pretty cool to see this sort of thing happening in today’s crazy times.  Good job Hy-Vee, good job.
