THE VOICE MAIL THAT JUST WON'T DIE!
With one major Cellular Service Provider, de-activating voicemail is not an option.
The problem is that they don’t know it!
I have cellular service with a very good company whose name features a large letter ‘T’. They provide excellent service and the price is most reasonable. In fact, both my wife and I have service with them.
All praise aside, let’s visit the dark side of ‘T’ shall we? They have no idea how to turn off your voicemail. Yep, after hours in two different phone conversations with phone support and their best efforts to deactivate the voice mail, it’s still there!
‘T’ cellular provider has no idea how to disable your voicemail. Perhaps if technical support spoke better English or if they really knew how to disable your voicemail things would be perfect. I’m not looking for a perfect cell provider and will stay with this one for now.
They’ll tell you that voicemail is now turned off but … “Danger Will Robinson.” … the next time you power up your phone … its baaack!
