NO WONDER SHE KEPT SWIMMING IN CIRCLES
A British woman lost her prosthetic leg while swimming in Windermere Lake
Dateline Windermere Lake, England – Josephine Bridges of Birmingham, England was swimming in Windermere when she lost her leg at some point after jumping off the Millerground Jetty. She jumped in and swam until the leg fell off. “I’ll bet she got a hint when she started swimming in circles.” mused local constable Ian MacLeod.
The good news is that her leg has been retrieved and now she is swimming in a straight line.
