I AM A MARINE! JAIL THIS ONE FOREVER!
This punk thinks he can hide behind his age … he’d better think again!
“It’s a Black Thing!” How many times must I tell you this before it finally sinks in! The V.A.B. subculture has invaded our land right down to the very roots of the tree of evil; their children. This V.A.B. went out into the square with murder on his mind. He was packing a firearm which is a federal offence as well as state and city. It matters not that murdering a Marine Corps Lieutenant was an ‘accident’, because this little bastard was in the commission of a number of felonies when he murdered an innocent.
Are you ready for this? The Prosecuting Attorney offered him a plea bargain that would have seen him free and on the streets at 23 years of age. Only 7 years to serve! That D.A. needs to be locked up for even considering such a plea. The D.A. in this case, a liberal of renown, would really be playing ‘The Race Card’ in order to make such a lenient sentencing recommendation.
Well, as it would be, this V.A.B. has refused the deal which is a good thing because this mouth-breathing knuckle-dragging thug now faces up to 23 years in the can once convicted; and he will be convicted! Hell, he’ll live an easier life in the can than on the streets. “It’s a Black Thing!”
If ever there was a candidate for some really strong caning, … a good old fashioned beat-down … and lengthy ‘boot camp’ incarceration it would be this little bastard, Avon Darden. I’d like to see him in a ‘boot camp’ style jail where he gets annual ‘birthday canings’ and every Juneteenth, a beat-down. Let this punk reap what he has sown. This too might well be considered, ‘A Justice Thing!’
There goes that ‘ghetto naming’ thing again … ‘Avon’. Hell, maybe his mom named him after cosmetics she stole from a neighbour. Who knows and, where this little bastard is concerned; who cares?

Darden faces could potentially spend the rest of his life with ‘3-hots-and-a-cot’ and colour television in the slammer. This even though he faces possible charges of: Attempted Murder, Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Manslaughter, Depraved Indifference Murder, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Oh, our victim also has a name: 1st Lieutenant Samuel Poulin, and he will be missed.
The killer also has a name: Avon Darden, if he dropped dead he would not be missed.
