The Woes of the Rose
Here’s a light bit’a news for ya. Remember Rosie O’Donnell? Rosie O’Donnell, yah the half-baked no-talent lesbian. Yah, her. Well, Rosie O’Donnell still can’t seem to sell her New Jersey home after 5 years!
She’s only asking 6 million for it! But, now think about this for a minute, okay? This has been on the market for the last 5 years and they can’t find a buyer. Okay? Now O’Donnell first bought the home in 2015 for 6.3 million dollars. She listed it back in 2015 for nearly 7 million dollars. No offers. She kept dropping the price … dropping the price. Well here it is, you can see it. This home isn’t moving. Now let’s think about it. Why wouldn’t a home move?
Any realtor will tell you there are two things … actually there’s only one thing; PRICE. She’s asking too much or somebody woulda bought it! But let’s remember too, this house is in New Jersey for God’s sake. New Jersey, the armpit of the United States of America! They’ve got a governor, Phil ‘Mr. Ed’ Murphy, who has locked that state down in a more hitlerian fashion than any governor in the United States. Hell, he makes Gavin Newsome look like Paul Revere. She is stuck in a Communist state.
Stuck with a 6 million dollar home. And, knowing Rosie O’Donnell, I can say this; “It couldn’t happen to another person.”
