In a nation where Level 4 Biolabs dot the land, should we worry?

Hell yes, we should worry.  China isn't the only country with these dangerous facilities conducting equally dangerous 'gain of function' research on a horrifying list of pathogens.  We are in constant danger as long as the mental cases running the asylum are left in charge.
