Covering the world in a phone call

The death of Shinzo Abe shocked the world, occurring in a country where firearms are strictly controlled to the point that only police have access to them.  We saw a Japanese Navy Vet fashion a double-barrelled zip-gun and use it to assassinate the former Prime Minister.  We now know the killer did this out of a paranoid belief that Abe was a member of an organization called, The Illuminati, bent on world domination.  The shooter has been under psychiatric treatment for paranoid schizophrenia and is currently on anti-psychotic medications.
