WHY WE HAVE THE 2ND AMENDEMENT

A drug-addled shooter was put down by a hero with a gun.

Dateline Greenwood, Indiana – 3 people were shot dead in the Greenwood Mall, but it could have been a lot worse.  As should be the situation, 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken was carrying a concealed weapon [legally] and answered the call.

The assailant, Jonathan Sapirman, had opened fire into the crowded mall killing 3 and injuring others.  No sooner had he gotten off about 6-8 shots than he was shot and mortally wounded by Dicken.  From a relatively long distance young Dicken showed excellent marksmanship in hitting his target at least 3 times out of the 10 shots he fired.  I know how hard that is, especially in the heat of the moment.

A hero arose and quelled a dangerous situation.  Have no doubt the shooter would have killed dozens had an armed and capable hero not risen to the situation and put this animal down.  A few phone calls were all it took for us at Max Allen Media to find out that Sapirman was taking a psychotropic medication for acute paranoia and depression.  Can there be any doubt what triggered this attack?

Psychiatric Nurse, John Cody, says, “He had been in our hospital before suffering from dangerous delusions and acute paranoia.  He was labeled as ‘dangerous’ by our staff psychiatrist, but no attempt was ever made to treat him as an in-patient.  While the surroundings of his demise are tragic, nobody here was surprised.  He would take his meds for a few days and when he felt better, he would stop.  Only a day or two off his medication is all it took for his paranoia to kick in more powerfully than before.  It’s never a good idea to go ‘cold turkey’ off your antidepressants and other psychotic medications for reasons like this.

As with nearly all attacks of this kind, psychiatrists and the drugs they dispense, are largely to blame.  Improper monitoring of their patients and a lack of therapy coupled with the apathy of a wealthy ‘drug pusher’ psychiatrist make for a ‘perfect storm’ of death and destruction.

I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
