Employees are NOT the boss!
The largely liberal population of Amazon employees is upset over the decision of Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade . So utterly 'snowflake' are these wimps and whiners that they've demanded the company give them “space and time to grieve and protest against this assault on our rights,” according to a letter leaked to the press.

The same letter also demands that Amazon “cease operations in states that enact laws that threaten the lives and liberty of abortion seekers, either by denying healthcare in life threatening circumstances or by criminalizing abortion seekers and providers.”
As of now, Amazon will not budge as management considers the demands to be unreasonable. In a quote from D. Bartholomew of Amazon, "The entire list of demands is lengthy and unreasonable. When last I looked, those who write the paychecks make the decisions."
Well said, "When last I checked ... " I'm Max, and that's the way I see it!
