Dateline, Khartoum, March 3 -- A Tarco Airlines 737 flying from Sudan to Qatar, about a half hour flight, had to turn back when a stowaway feral cat went on a rampage.
As it attacked the pilot and co-pilot it nearly caused a ‘cat’astrophe. It bit and clawed at the pilot until it finally left the cockpit and went into hiding occasionally darting from row to row of seating.
Wow! Mauled by a cat at 37,000 feet! This brings a whole new meaning to ‘Sky-Maul’.
Unable to catch the cat, the crew chased it around for the entire 30 minutes it took the plane to return to base. It’s believed the cat probably stowed away when the plane was being serviced in Sudan, concealing itself in the cockpit where it remained until flight noise and vibration woke it up.
There ya go. And you thought flight attendants could be nasty! I guess not!
I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
