MAN FACES JAIL TIME FOR SPEAKING OUT OF TURN

Dateline, New Lennox, Illinois – Another travesty is afoot. In the continuing attack on people’s right to free speech, the State of Illinois is pressing ‘hate crime’ charges against an Illinois man.
Now, let’s get this straight, shall we? A true ‘hate crime’ should require the prosecution to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that someone harboured true hatred (not dislike or disgust) in his heart at the time of the commission of the act. Problem: When last I checked we hadn’t the technology to read minds … but I’m sure Illinois Law Enforcement is working on it.
Now, this troglodyte named Justyn Giarraputo aged 37 acted in bad taste and disgusting behaviour when he threw a Nazi hand salute toward a woman of mixed marriage and yelled, “White Power” in her direction. I myself am in a mixed marriage and find no issues with that, so I vehemently disagree with the numbskull that did this.
But … here it comes … The man made no direct threat on her or her children’s persons. He never uttered any words indicating he wished to do her or her children harm. He spoke his opinion, albeit rather loudly, flashed a Nazi salute, and drove off.
Problem: The woman is a thin-skinned Demon Democrat and wishes to impose speech control on all the people of the world. She is a Social Justice Warrior in search of a cause and this is just the trick for her to garner 5 minutes of fame in her cause. There was no reason for anyone to, as she claimed, ‘fear for their lives’ in this incident. Unfortunately, the liberal retards Democrats have ‘owned’ Illinois for decades and have instituted the strictest ‘hate speech’ and ‘hate crime’ legislation in the country.
