It saddens me that we’ve come to expect this sort of behaviour as “A Black Thing!” These people, the violent American Black Subculture, have gone so far off the deep end they’ll do anything! Knowledge that there is no viable punishment for their heinous behaviour, they are empowered in inflicting violence on everyone! Remember that the leading cause of Black Americans is Black American Violence.

This crime goes far beyond ‘road rage’ and is in the ‘attempted murder’ category. But … him being black will certainly lessen any punishment he may receive. The City of Philadelphia is overrun with these hoodlums, under staffed with cops, and has a government completely devoid of morality on any level!
Bring in Corporal Punishment! A good beating (caning) would do most of these scum a world of good and serve as a deterrent to their atrocious behaviour. Yes, “It’s a Black Thing!”
