MARRIAGE
At the heart of Christian life is the covenant of marriage. Marriage is the joining of one man and one woman in a state of matrimony. That matrimony is a sacred sacrament before God Almighty and a promise of fidelity, loyalty, and trust.
According to the Holy Bible we read: “[4] Who answering, said to them: Have ye not read, that he who made man from the beginning, made them male and female? And he said: [5] For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they two shall be in one flesh. [6] Therefore now they are not two, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let no man put asunder”. [Matthew 19:4-6]
We understand that the joining of man and woman is sacrosanct and never to mocked by things such as ‘gay marriage’ or ‘civil unions of like sex’. These actions are the abominations of evil and corrupt men and women seeking to shirk a God given responsibility. The lazy, the sinful, and the morally corrupt quickly flock to such nonsense. But we, the Body of Christ, know better, don’t we.
The Sage says, “Man is for woman as woman is for man. Let not the confusion come to you lest you become confusion to your God. If you are confusion to your God, he will certainly not grant you your eternal reward. Rather, you heap upon yourself eternal condemnation, misery, and death without end.”
Pray for all who would so corrupt the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. Pray for their repentance, necessary for their salvation. Shun all who endorse this horrific sacrilege.
