NEW FLORIDA LAW WOULD JAIL RIOTERS

Florida Governor DeSantis has it right. He has signed a new law, proffered by both houses of Florida government [that’s the Senate and Congress for the ignorant among you] which makes it a whole lot tougher for rioters and anarchists such as Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Riot Kitchen and any other sympathetic wiggers who want to join the fight. Until now they have looted, rioted, injured people, and even killed with complete impunity. Not in Florida! Not anymore!
Of course the liberal “burn this place down” folks are against the new legislation because they have managed to commit countless felonies and have never been held accountable for the full scope of their crimes. Now that a state has stood up and said, “No more.” Domestic terror organizations like Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Riot Kitchen and dozens of others are going to be held accountable for their actions. Gee, sounds like the rest of us. Accountability for personal decisions and actions is a part of natural law. “Decisions have consequences.”

Opponents of the bill are suing the State of Florida over passage of this much needed legislation. They say this new law is a racist reaction to a problem that hasn’t occurred in Florida. They see it as an attempt to squash the voices of groups like Black Lives Matter and other domestic terror organizations otherwise supported and approved by the liberal media. Careful reading of the new legislation shows that it doesn’t infringe on anyone’s free speech or even public demonstration. What it does is to take rioters to task.
The new law enhances penalties for crimes committed during a riot or violent protest. It allows authorities to hold arrested protesters until a first court appearance [no more catch-and-release] and establishes new felonies for organizing or participating in a violent demonstration. If you can call the President on the carpet for organizing a demonstration that turned violent, why can’t you hold the bastards who are running racist terrorist organizations such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa?
It also strips local governments of civil liability protections if they interfere with law enforcement’s efforts to respond to a violent protest. This means that if the city or other local government stands in the way of law enforcement, they can be sued. Yep, your home town now must also realize that decisions have consequences.
This law adds language to state law that could force local governments to justify a reduction in law enforcement budgets. This is needed to curb the “defund the police” movement. It also makes it a second-degree felony "to destroy or demolish a memorial, plaque, flag, painting, structure or other object that commemorates historical people or events." That would be punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
It’s about time. We at Max Allen Media urge other cities and states to enact similar legislation.
I’m Max, and that’s the way I see it!
