The ‘first’ trial of Derek Chauvin over, but Maxine Waters and Joe Biden have assured an immediate appeal by running off with the mouth.
As Judge Cahill noted the day before the verdict, Waters’ hateful rhetoric offered Chauvin grounds for an appeal. She whipped up such a frenzy among the people of Minneapolis that a fair trial was impossible without a change of venue.
The fact that a jury is sequestered does not make them impervious to prejudicial publicity. When Lyin’ Biden ‘prayed for a conviction’ there is no assurance this did not reach the jury.

How is it that the Left understands due process and presumption of innocence when a terrorist is on trial but they throw all of their ‘convictions’ to the winds when it’s a cop on trial?
