Education: Feeding the beast

We discussed the fact that education in Idaho has a horrific inefficiency issue.  While they spend nearly 70% of their budget on administration, teachers go wanting and students are left in the dust of bureaucracy.  I welcomed Kevin back from his vacation.  Talk radio is the worst possible platform for re-runs.
